CONSUL GENERAL SOYOLMAA JAMBALDORJ MEETS WITH SAN FRANCISCO CHIEF OF PROTOCOL PENNY COULTER

Consul General Soyolmaa Jambaldorj held an introductory meeting with Penny Coulter, Chief of Protocol at the Office of the Mayor of San Francisco, and exchanged views on further strengthening Mongolia–San Francisco relations.

The Consul General highlighted Mongolia’s interest in promoting its culture and arts and expanding engagement with the Bay Area in technology and innovation, including areas such as technologies to combat desertification and online disinformation. She expressed interest in building connections with relevant organizations and institutions in San Francisco and the broader Bay Area. Two sides also exchanged views on strengthening institutional contacts in support of the Consulate General’s work to protect the interests of Mongolian citizens.
